Lake Annecy campsites with a pool: which ones, their star ratings and the five-star question
Campsites with a pool around Lake Annecy are concentrated on the south shore, in Doussard and Lathuile, and in Saint-Jorioz. Who has what, how many five-star sites there are depending on the source, and what the pool changes to the season.
Around Lake Annecy, the pool is what separates the family campsites of the south shore from the simpler sites on the west shore. People look for one because the lake stays cool in June and September, and because a pool closes less often than a supervised beach.

This table cross-checks the campsite selection on annecy-ville.fr, updated on 22 September 2026, with the campsites' own listings. It does not replace the official rating, which every campsite must display.
Le Panoramic, in Sévrier, often comes up in "with pool" searches, but its tourist office listing does not confirm a pool. Its 2026 camping package costs €24 to €32.50, and a mobile home €460 to €1,120 a week.
How many five-star campsites are there by the lake?
Two, or just one, depending on the source. Le Lac Bleu presents itself as the only five-star site on the south shore, and several guides repeat this; our page on Camping Le Lac Bleu now notes the other rating too.
Yet the annecy-ville.fr selection also lists La Ferme de Serraz, in Doussard, as five-star. We leave the two versions side by side: only the rating sign at the campsite entrance, or the Atout France register, settles it.
Beware of similar names: La Ferme de Serraz, in Doussard, is not Camping La Ferme in Lathuile, whose pool area is free throughout the season.
A heated pool is only worth it if you can get in: the south-shore campsites with pools are often full in July and August. If your dates are taken, the search for accommodation around Annecy on summer dates also shows holiday residences and hotels with a pool.

The Yelloh! Village Les Fontaines advertises 108 rental units and 45 pitches, with a heated outdoor pool. The 2027 season is already published: from 30 April to 12 September 2027, with high season from 3 July to 27 August 2027.
For 2026, only the Italian version of the website gave dates, from 7 May to 13 September 2026, and the other language versions did not present the periods in the same way. Prices, deposit and booking fees are only visible in the booking process.
Kids' clubs run in July and August only, Monday to Friday from 10am to noon. Booking in June or September gets you the pool, not the entertainment programme. Its neighbour in Doussard, La Ravoire, another Yelloh! Village, has its own page.
Is the pool open all season?
No listing consulted publishes pool opening dates separate from the campsite's, nor pool hours or capacity. The campsite season therefore only gives an upper limit.
Published 2026 seasons: Le Panoramic from 17 April to 27 September 2026, Le Lac Bleu from 24 April to 20 September 2026, L'Europa from 12 May to 18 September 2026. In April and May, ask whether the pool is heated and open, not just whether the campsite is.
Add the tourist tax, €0.60 per adult per night in campsites rated 3 to 5 stars, which displayed prices generally exclude.
How many campsites are there around the lake in total?
A commercial guide claims 89 campsites, 17 of them with direct access to the lake, a figure published since 2016 that mixes campsites, motorhome areas and holiday villages. Our guide to the lake's campsites compares this total with more recent counts.

What about a hotel with a pool near the lake?
For late September 2026, booking sites showed €177 at the Pélican, from €186 at Les Trésoms, from €253 at the Impérial Palace. These are platform snapshots, not fixed rates.
Le Pélican, on rue des Marquisats, opens its outdoor pool from 8am to 8pm, April to September; the listing does not say whether it is heated. A "lakeside" hotel with a pool is not always by the water: one booking site places the Rivage Hôtel 1.9 km from the lake.
