Fête du Lac tickets in Annecy: prices by zone, the residents' discount and when sales open
In 2026, a grandstand seat cost €42 at full price, €38.50 at the Annecy residents' rate, and in-person sales opened three weeks before online sales. Prices by zone over three editions, and what they suggest for Saturday 7 August 2027.
The Annecy Fête du Lac is sold in two stages: an in-person ticket desk that in practice serves people who are already in Annecy, then online sales for the seats that remain. The price depends on the zone and, since 2026, on where you live.
The next edition is set for Saturday 7 August 2027 by the tourist office. Neither the prices nor the date sales open have been published yet: this page gives the price lists of past editions to help you budget.
How much did a seat cost in 2026?

Two versions of the grandstand prices are in circulation. Local radio and Tourisme Haute-Savoie quote €42 at full price, €38.50 at the Annecy residents' rate, while the JDS listings magazine gives a range of €28 to €60 at full price, €24.50 to €55 at the residents' rate. They do not necessarily contradict each other, as the grandstand quoted on the radio may be one category among several, but the full official price list has not been found.
The service charges for online sales do not appear in any source consulted. The price shown may therefore not be the price you pay.
How much more does a visitor from outside Annecy pay?
The 2026 edition formalised an Annecy residents' rate. The difference shows in both versions: €42 at full price, €38.50 at the Annecy residents' rate for the grandstand, €28 to €60 at full price, €24.50 to €55 at the residents' rate across all grandstands and chairs.
The city also sets aside 200 places at €5 for Annecy residents aged 13 to 25, on the Pâquier lawn, a scheme carried over from the previous edition. For a family of four from outside Annecy in the grandstand, the per-ticket difference is paid four times over.
The proof of residence required for the residents' rate is not detailed on the pages consulted. For a visitor from abroad, the full price is the one to budget for.
When do ticket sales open?
The pattern was the same two years running: in-person sales first, then online sales.
- 2025: ticket desk from 13 May 2025 at the Fnac store in Annecy, online and through the France Billet network from 12 June 2025.
- 2026: ticket desk from 2 to 20 June 2026, 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, at the Nouvelles Galeries department store in Annecy, then online sales on 22 June 2026 at 10am, run by OandB.
The ticket desk moved from one year to the next, from Fnac to the Nouvelles Galeries (east entrance). Every category is sold there, and the local press reported more than 2,000 places sold on 2 June 2026, the very first day of sales.
For 2027, nothing has been announced. The two previous editions put the opening between mid-May and early June, with online sales three to four weeks later; that is a trend, not a date.

The price lists are not published in the same format every year, so the comparison is approximate. In 2022, a summary gave grandstand €37, chairs €23 to €40, lawns €6.50 to €15.
In 2025, lawn places were sold by zone: Pâquier €7.50 to €15, Impérial €5.50 to €11, Marquisats €3.50 to €6.50. In 2026, the adult lawn cost €9 to €18 at full price, €7 to €15.50 at the residents' rate.
The clearest increase therefore concerns the central Pâquier lawn. In 2025, the Marquisats were still the cheapest paid zone, with a more side-on view of the bay.
How late can you buy?
Online until sold out, and on the day itself according to the 2026 leaflet, which mentioned sales before 8pm on 1 August 2026. Gates opened at 7pm and the show began at 9:45pm.
Very young children raise a question the sources handle badly: one says under-5s go free, another under-6s, and the city states that under-4s get no numbered seat and stay on an adult's lap. Check the rule for the edition when you buy.
Places for people with reduced mobility are booked by email, at a dedicated address published by the city when sales open. The number of these places is not published.
Do you need a ticket to see the fireworks?
